This notice explains, in plain language, what josephcartergroup.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Joseph Carter Group LLC runs this site.
What we collect when you request a quote
The quote form on our contact page asks for:
- Your name and email address.
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it.
- Your business or organization name and the type of organization.
- Your current website, if you have one.
- What you need and your timeline.
- What you tell us about your project.
Along with your answers, the email we receive notes the date and time you sent the request and the page you sent it from. The form also uses simple checks to filter out automated spam. They do not identify you.
How your request reaches us
When you submit the form, your request is sent by email to our inbox through our email delivery provider, Resend, which is based in the United States. We also send you a confirmation email through Resend so you know we received it.
How we use it
We keep requests in our email system and use them only to respond to you and to scope the work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages people visit. It is privacy respecting: it does not use cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
Hosting and security logs
Our hosting provider, Vercel, logs standard request data, such as your IP address and the page you requested, to keep the site secure and running.
Error monitoring
If error monitoring is turned on, it captures technical details about errors on the site so we can fix them. It does not capture what you type into the quote form.
Your choices
To ask for a copy of the information you sent us, or to ask us to delete it, email zach@josephcartergroup.com.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. This notice is effective as of October 15, 2026.
